Finally, salmon and other oily sea fishes are rich in omega-3 fatty acid which is good for skin health in many ways and this can not be naturally produced in the body. These fatty acids prevent the clogging of pores, make cell membranes healthy, only allow nutrients in the cell and restrict harmful substances from enter into the cell. It also helps the skin cells hold in the moisture that it really needs.
