For toning and strengthening your calf muscles you can simply stand and try to lift your body up on your toes. Do it as far as possible and then get back to the original position, but don’t let your heels touch the ground.

Instead of sitting continuously on your couch, try and stand more and walk around when you are at home. This will give your physical processes the required boost. One of the most potent reasons of muscle fatigue is inaction. Don’t let your body become totally inactive. Always remember that little exercise is better than no exercise!
