* For your microwave use half a cup of vinegar with water and turn the heat into high so that the vinegar would spill on the lining of the microwave, this will remove the crusty surfaces of your equipment.
* For your silverware, vinegar can give the shiny feel back to your utensils! Just soak a towel in vinegar and wipe it off with a clean, dry one.
* For your kitchen sink, run the vinegar along the sink and it will remove any sticky residues in the sink. You can do this to prevent clogging.
* Grease can be removed using vinegar by soaking the greasy pan on vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes and then sponge it off.
* You can also use the vinegar to remove the lime deposits of your kettle. Put vinegar on the kettle and let it sit overnight if the lime levels are very high, boil the vinegar for a few moments and wash it with plain water.
* A mixture of baking soda and hot vinegar can remove the residues and deodorize a garbage bin.
* For your counters and shelves, half and half of vinegar and water is a potent cleaner.
* To clarify your jars and vases from within, put vinegar inside and then let it sit for a few hours. Put some sand or rice on the jar and shake it well so the filmy look will disappear.
* As an insecticide, vinegar can be sprayed on corners or opening where ants and other insects might enter and thrive. This is a great option for those who do not want to use insecticides.
* Vinegar can also discourage the existence of fruit flies that are annoying and are unhealthy of course.
