There is a constant population growth that means the housing construction industry is simultaneously sprouting. In the year 2000 alone, more than 21,000 new homes and 26,000 resale homes were purchased.
There were 20 property development projects of more than 300 acres each in the year 2005 while it was considered the fastest growing community in the United States. The recession of 2007-2009 took a toll and the businesses in the area took a little tumble.
But as soon as things begin looking up, there will be a continuance of growth. The tourism industry on the other hand has picked up.
Perhaps, due to the recession, people are looking to travel and get away from their problems. Las Vegas has proven to provide that reclusion from reality with its one-of-a-kind vacation spots.
