Subliminal messaging is a form of communication with subconscious mind. This form of messaging works with the concept of re-engineering (or best relearning). Subliminal messages are written and targeted for tuning subconscious mind. This is one reason why a person shows such high resistance to anything new. Specifically with age, the capability of learning any thing new becomes so tough because conscious mind is tuned to learn only known or things which conscious can relate to. Subliminal learning is one trick which bypasses the conscious mind and transfers the message straight to the subconscious mind.

Visual messages are used to communicate with subconscious mind. The subliminal text is flashed with such high speed that a normal eye cannot see it, but such message can be read by subconscious mind. Subliminal communication is also possible by using audio signals. Such audio signals are played at such high frequency that normal human ear cannot hear it.

Our mind is continuously bombarded with millions of information’s in a fraction of second. It will be a too much burden for the mind to focus on all fed information’s. Our conscious mind allows focusing on few which they can relate to. Balance information gets cluttered into our subconscious without any purpose.

What is subliminal messaging capable of doing is to change your focus form the preconceived ideas of the conscious mind to the subject of the subliminal message. If a fat man wants to focus on reducing the excess fat then subliminal message like “I am getting thin and fit” when fed for thousands of times to mind, it starts believing that it is in fact getting thinner and in turn takes proactive actions to accelerate the process of getting thinner every day.
