Boot Camp – an Inexpensive and Effective Option

There are many people who are concerned about their fitness which is a good thing. However, they have many options to choose from like gym, boot camp etc. The option they choose often decides the speed of their improvement, their motivation levels and most importantly the value they get for the time they invest in.

Most people are very busy and in the age of multi-tasking and intense work, people choose to spend as less time as possible on things that they can really avoid. Even when it comes to maintaining good health, people opt for a home gym to save the time they take to go to the gym and come back.

It is true that a home gym gives them flexibility and greater comfort. But a boot camp any day is a better option for one if they are serious about their health, fitness and stamina. The first reason is motivation. Working out with other people in a boot camp is likely to push people to greater limits. There are very few people who can carry their work out along sincerely and diligently in the home gym. Therefore spending lot of money on getting the costliest of equipment is a real waste if you can go out for a boot camp drill which would hardly take an hour or two every morning.

The next reason why it is wiser to opt for a boot camp than spend unnecessary dollars on a home gym is the morning freshness. Breathing in the fresh air in the morning and watching beautiful sights of lush green parks and blue skies is often a better way to start a morning than spend time staring blank walls in your gym. Probably the air there would be stale too.

Another pointer that favors those who opt for a boot camp is the socializing factor. Meeting new people and working out with them will be able to help you eliminate stress out of your life more than the loneliness of your home gym can. So it is not all about just building muscles but also to bring a balance to your life and in the way you spend your time. Being able to communicate well, or help others in their exercises might even bring out a side of you that you would have never thought existed.

Spending on a home gym seems an exorbitant waste when you can achieve the same or better results with less monotony in a boot camp drill. Every day is a new challenge where you push yourself to the extreme. You train your entire body in a boot camp and you cannot return from the drill without having to work out every part of your body. This is not necessarily true in case of a home gym where you might do pushups and biceps one day and take it easy on the legs or vice-versa. This is something that doesn’t augur well for your training as you are not being consistent.
