Golf d’Aro Mas Nou

This woodland course that includes pines, cork oaks and olives is one of the oldest in the Costa Brava. Located in the Gavarres Mountains 300 meters above sea level, it features gorgeous panoramic views of the Costa Brava. As there is vegetation bordering two-thirds of the fairways, and with several deep ravines, it is necessary to possess accuracy and low handicap abilities. If the wind is strong, you may choose to strike balls on the driving range or to relax in the clubhouse until conditions get better. Emporda

In order to enliven the playing conditions von Hagge, the designer, has inserted mounds between fairways on holes that do not have trees, even though a few of the greens are long and a number of water hazards must be dealt with. There is a school that offers golf instruction and a driving range, plus the clubhouse has a nice bar and dining area.

Golf Girona

Situated in the hills around Girona, the Girona course fits nicely in its setting. Players at all skill levels will find this course enjoyable. The architect, F.G. Hawtree, situated it between two valleys and utilized an old olive orchard to make this course unique. Golf Girona offers golf classes, a pitching and putting green, plus a driving range. The clubhouse features an excellent restaurant and cosy bar.

Platja de Pals

There is something for everyone at this scenic course designed by F.W. Hawtree, and it may be considered one of the most prestigious courses in Spain. However, be careful of low-hanging branches from the abundance of trees, since they can catapult your ball anywhere. Most greens are protected by strategically placed bunkers. The restaurant in the clubhouse affords beautiful views of the course and surroundings; a driving range, putting and pitching greens, and a golf school are also available here.
