Paintball is a sport for people who love to be on the edge of action and excitement. Adrenaline begins pumping through your body and it makes you feel like everything is in fast motion. You think faster, act faster, and react like a tiger who’s stomach thought his throat was cut. You’re just hungry for action, sweat and fast paint. Don’t think that it’s just you though, because the members of the opposite team are feeling on top of the world too.

So just exactly who is this fast paced, action packed, hard-hitting marksmanship game for anyway? Is it just for teenagers, people in their twenties, of maybe for middle aged or even senior excitement junkies. Paintball, like any other sport, is for those who love the game mostly – and for those who can afford to play. What I mean by afford to play is relative of course. You can always start off by renting your equipment or buying used equipment. But lets save equipment for another time.

Teenagers may be at the mercy of their parents or their part time job to be able to afford to play. A round of play could start at about $50.00 and go up from there. Most teenagers may not have an extra $50 to play a couple of times a month or more. But that’s for them to figure out. Because the game is really for anyone who is somewhat physically fit and loves the fast paced action.

So is the sport of paintball then better suited for those in their twenties? Certainly you would expect them to have the financial ability to support their desire for entertainment. I believe that it’s better than sitting in front of the television. Of course the price of sitting in front of the television is far cheaper than most everything that a person could do. But then again the cable bill starts around $50.00 a month so if you played once a month and turned off the TV then maybe that would be a fair trade off.

What about those middle aged people who by this point in their lives we could expect that they are earning enough to participate in what ever style of entertainment that they choose. If it were golf some of those places charge over $100.00 to play 18 holes and that doesn’t include the cart, balls, and any food or beverages.

How about the senior players? They can probably afford to play golf and own lots of paintball equipment. But do they have the stamina to play the fast paced exhilarating sport of paintball. I guess, now that I think about it, that question could be for any age. Any age person, man or woman, considering the sport of paintball should think about their health and their ability to run, jump and be very active during the game.

I guess that brings us back to our original question. Just exactly who is this fast paced game for? I think it’s for anyone who loves marksmanship and excitement. Man, woman, child and adult. People with money and people without. Anyone who simply craves fast paced action and excitement should be playing paintball.
