4. College- You can save a significant amount of money by having your wedding at your old college. Much of the time alumni can take their vows right on campus for a small fee, and this will be great if the location is gorgeous.

5. Use your imagination to think of unique and imaginative locations to have your wedding. This may be at the top of a lighthouse, on a roller coaster, or the place where you met your significant other. Having a wedding in a location of importance makes the wedding even more extraordinary.

6. Get married at home- If you do not have a house yet, ask your mom and dad if it would be alright to have the wedding reception in their home. This would do away with any rental charges, and leave additional funds for your honeymoon!

7. To save money, inquire with the caterer about which foods are the cheapest. It may be less costly to have a buffet than a seated dinner. It is commonly expensive to offer wine and liquor, so inquire if just offering beer and wine is less pricey. 8. If you and your fiance adore the water, think about getting married on a cruise. Several individuals do this, and although this is not low-priced it will certainly provide you with lasting memories that will be loved forever.
