When there is a new member in the family, you become very excited. Plan different activities that both of you will have fun doing together. You can share the same hobbies. The kid will be able to learn from you and vice versa. At night, you can go to sleep together and talk to them about your life and how you raised their parents. This will strengthen your bond together and it will help them even more united with the whole family knowing the different stories.

Take time to listen to what they have to say. Through listening, you will make your grandchild feel your love. Protect them the way you protected your kids before.
