Built in Barbecue Grill Gives Perfect Touch to Outdoor Kitchen

Here’s the premise: the built in barbecue grill, by its sole self, is a wonderful tool in cooking up perfectly-grilled delicacies; the outdoor kitchen, also on its own, is a great area to whip up favorite recipes and entertain friends and family. Imagine if you combine the superb features of the built in barbecue grill and the outdoor kitchen, what do you get? A powerhouse of mean machines that create mouthwatering dishes to satiate everyone’s appetite.

What’s great about the built in barbecue grill is that it can be fitted into the outdoor kitchen, without taking away the spotlight from the outdoor kitchen. Rather, the built in barbecue grill shares equal footing with the outdoor kitchen. Long before my boyfriend persuaded me to get an outdoor kitchen, I was satisfied with grilling steaks, sausages and burgers on my built in barbecue grill to serve during game night with friends. We loved taking turns flipping the meats and smelling the juices drip on to the hot coals. The problem was that nobody wanted to be left in the indoor kitchen to prepare the salad, beverages and other stuff because the aroma created by the built in barbecue grill was, indeed, terribly inviting. So the genius that my boyfriend is had the great idea to get an outdoor kitchen. It didn’t even take long for my custom built outdoor kitchen to be installed. Eight days into my boyfriend’s bright idea and I was whipping up a Greek salad on my brand new outdoor kitchen’s countertop.

I had my trusty built in barbecue grill mounted into my new outdoor kitchen and nobody could even tell that the built in barbecue grill didn’t come originally with the outdoor kitchen plan. An outdoor kitchen may be as simple as a stove, a counter and a sink, while some go for the fanciful outdoor kitchen models and install more than just a built in barbecue grill, but also a broiler, a pizza oven and an ice maker. The plan that I came up with was somewhere right in the middle; it contained my barbecue grill, a brick oven, a refrigerator and a beverage cooler. It extends to a patio that I also had installed so everything gets rolling once the guests come pouring. All the preparations are done in one area so that nobody misses a turn in the game or a juicy gossip.

When looking to get an outdoor kitchen, remember that it’ll be standing in your yard for a very long time – a lifetime even, if it’s of the highest quality. Strive to get the outdoor kitchen of your dreams, build the best that your money can afford and do not scrimp on your materials and equipment. If you do not yet have sufficient funds for the installation, it is best to patiently wait and let your money build up than settle for a kitchen that is beneath your taste and standards. Remember, you will be creating countless happy moments in your yard, so might as well get only the best.
