Pre-construction planning for residential and commercial building projects is very important and saves money in the long term. During this phase the project’s budget, time frame and construction techniques will be established. Detailed estimates and analysis of the project including choosing the right material, equipment, and building systems for the project will be determined. Basic carpentry skills are needed for residential and commercial building and renovation.
