Formation of the superficial fat or cellulite is very common in the human body. 1. Bench Squat: a prop such as a bench or a chair is used to perform this set of exercise. Holding the back of such a prop one will have to perform the same motions as when one sits down but squatting in space putting maximum pressure on the buttocks. 2. Similar squats on exercise ball, bar bell and even the smith machine are performed to burn all the extra cellulite.
