During summer season, there is no need for you to workout that hard, you just have to tone it down a little bit; this would help decrease the heat your body is producing. Bear in mind to take a rest every now and then, this is very effective in keeping your body temperature down; drink a lot of water more than 8 glasses per day in order to prevent dehydration.
