Check Out Those Exterminator Licenses
For anyone who has a big problem with any kind of house pest, it is often the exterminator who will have the cure to the problem. But not all exterminators are as good as they think they are. Indeed, in some states, these exterminators must have the appropriate licenses before they can undertake this work on property other than their own.
For example, in North Carolina, must have one of three phases of license before they can accept this work. The first one is the P-phase which allows the company to deal with cockroaches, ants and spiders etc and this will apply to indoor varieties and outdoor varieties too. If rats and mice happen to be a problem too, they can deal with these also.
The next is the W-phase license which covers any kind of termite, beetle and other wood destroying pests which invade the home and outside buildings. But these people can also carry out inspections on the property for insurance claims and the like.
The third and last license is the F-phase which covers all of the above. But it specifically allows for the properties to be fumigated. This is not the ‘bombs
