The secret to maximizing its effects is to be focused long enough to witness the results. Keep in mind that you are the captain of your body and you dictate the course to take. Panic attacks can either stomp on you or you can conquer it eventually. The freedom from panic attacks are within reach, the only goal left is for you to embrace it.
