Make a decision in advance on what size the apartment should be and how many rooms re required in order to live comfortably.

Check out for the means of transportation if you use the public services. Look in where the bus stops and railway stations are located.

Make a note of the neighborhood whether the shops, hospitals, clinics, churches, temples and schools are nearby.

Make inquiries whether the rental amount for monthly will be the same through out the term of the lease.

Have a conversation with the other tenants and get to know about if they are fulfilled with the office staffs and their swiftness in their service.
