Find Your Photos

While it seems simple enough to find the photos on your computer, have you ever tried to do so? Though this sounds like child’s play, when you want to find duplicate photos, you begin to realize that your computer might store photos in all sorts of different places – from your documents file, to a photos folder, to other places that you hadn’t even thought of. It makes sense to your computer to store your photos in these places, but it might not make sense to you. To ensure you can find your photos, you may want to investigate where your computer stores photos. You can do this by trying to save a photo on your computer and then find where it stores when the default setting is used.

Look at the Photos You Have

Once you’ve found the photos you have, it’s time to find duplicate photos in these arrays. When you do this, you will be able to see photos that are the same and then you can put those into another folder to view. But this sounds like a lot of work to find duplicate photos, doesn’t it? Instead, you might want to use a clone remover or some other similar program that will help you with this task. All you need to do is to install the program, run the program, and then you will get a report of the duplicate photos that are available. At that point, you will be asked whether you want to remove the photos or if you want to save them. But you won’t have to do all of the hunting and searching for photos – this program will do it for you. When you have a large photo library, this will save you a lot of time and frustration.

When you find duplicate photos, you might find some gems, but most of the time, these photos are just taking up space on your computer. Instead of hanging onto everything, just hold onto the things you need and the photos you will print out. Otherwise, reclaim that space on your computer – and use it for more productive tasks.
