Plants from the garden can be brought in and balloons can be inflated to float to the ceiling or line the floor. Crepe paper, really inexpensive and colorful, can be cut into strips and twisted to form arches and loops hanging from the ceiling. These supplies are inexpensive, but can make a great impression.

Maximum or Unlimited Budget

This is the type of budget where cost and money is not even an issue. If this is the case, then just ask a planner to decorate the whole place according to the theme and the desires of the expectant mother. Always tell the planner that there is a limited budget and even go through the motions of haggling for the discounts and freebies. With a bigger budget, you can get many more themed decorations and centerpieces like 4-tier diaper cakes that will really light up the room.
