4. Exercise. Regular exercise is a great stress buster. When you exercise, you are improving blood circulation and muscle strength. The better blood circulation is, the more nutrients your hair will receive. You don’t have to hit the gym to exercise. Simple exercises like walking and sit-ups are enough.

Stress is a part of everyday life but you don’t have to sacrifice your beautiful hair for it. Learn how to manage stress and you will eventually see that you are growing beautiful and healthy tresses.
