In the 1990’s, when grunge music was all the rage, attention was paid to the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, where a great deal of these bands got their starts.

And finally, if for no other reason to consider the Emerald City, coffee drinkers will feel as if they have found their personal nirvana. Coffee may not be a reason to relocate to a city, but if you enjoy the drink, knowing you are surrounded by some of the best cafes in the country will certainly help. Coffee is not just a drink, it is a culture and if you love the idea of spending lazy mornings sipping coffee, reading the paper and visiting with friends, this might be the city for you.
