Ordinary passport owners from Japan, Brunei, and Singapore are also not required to own and present China visa when going to the country. Whether such travelers are coming over for travel, business, transit, or visit, they are not required to have a China visa. However, their temporary stay in the country should be limited to just 15 days or less after arrival to the country. If the travelers intend to stay longer than that period, they should apply for and get a China visa.
