VoIP (Voice over internet protocol), despite being a relatively new phenomenon in the world of communication, has indeed solved the problem that making long distance phone calls bring – the cost.

When put against the average phone bill per month for calls made purely within the United Kingdom, you really begin to see that the number of VoIP users could in the future, in fact become the majority.
