Finally, skip the sip. Drinking soda all day is one of the worst punishments your teeth can take. Soda has a lot of sugar, which causes a great deal of harm, but even worse, the acid rips the enamel off your teeth. Once this protection is gone, the bacteria goes wild in your mouth. Keep your teeth safe and strong by avoiding high acid sodas and indulging only occasionally and all at once. Sipping all day will lead to major problems.
