This is when the person being stunned becomes unconscious and immobilized. And among all types, this is said to be the most powerful.

It is basically the process of how the electric current is being produce that sets the difference between the types of stun guns. The three main types of stun guns are all useful, helpful and effective for self-defense and protection. But it would not be very practical to get all three, is it? Therefore, you have to determine the one which you think will suit you best. You have to carefully assess your needs and all other factors before you get a certain type of stun gun. Decide if you want something really powerful or if an average stun gun will be enough. But of course, you have to make sure that using this particular device is legal in your state and that you are purchasing it from an authorized retailer. Remember that illegally carrying a stun gun will be punishable by law and is associated with some penalties. And there are states that do not permit the use of such device.
