To balance your lifestyle, eating foods with low calories may help in reducing your weight. Food with high calories such as ice cream, chocolate, cake and pastries, pizza, burgers, pork, donuts, carbonated drinks, alcohol beverages and sweets should be avoided. Fish, vegetables and fruits containing low calories and should be taken if you want to lose all those unwanted fats.

2. Exercise everyday.
