As the baby boomers enter their retirement years, the demand for skilled nursing care is expected to increase. The most important skill set that one needs to enter into this exciting career is a desire to help people and to see the smiles on their faces. Many of the patients become friends and a special relationship develops, regardless of the position the person is in. Whether it is a person preparing their meals, or whether it is the person who greets their family on the telephone, each of the staff will have a special place in their heart.
