This road stretches almost forty miles and travels through some of Mother Nature’s most gorgeous forests and wetlands. Along the way you’ll catch glimpses of some gorgeous lakes. There are also plenty of camping sites along the way so you can camp out if you want to make it a longer trip

The Veterans Evergreen Memorial Drive is a gorgeous with lots of gorgeous scenic views and sights along the way. Along the way you will find lots of attractions such as camping and lots of small rivers that are perfect for canoeing. You will get to enjoy the views of Banning State Park and Jay Cooke State Park.

Evergreen Memorial drive actually connects MN to Canada. The reason why this road is such a hit with locals is due to its spectacular scenic views. You’ll get to enjoy the sights of gorgeous Lake Superior; the views are amazing; it’s miles and miles of a stunning body of water to soak in. You will drive around the lake for around 20 miles or so. Highway 61 passes throughout the cities of Lake City, Red Wing and Winona and St Paul.

The Great River Road is a great route to take if you are planning on taking a long road trip of at least five days. Not only is it a gorgeous road to explore but it’s also rich with history; it was traveled both by French settlers hundreds of years ago and American Indians. Not only is driving this road a great way to test your car out on the road but you also get to appreciate the legacy of Minnesota’s rich history. The most gorgeous areas are around the town of Stockholm which is around 60 miles away from St Paul.
