You Want To Get Your Ex Back And Repair Your Relationship

There simply isn’t much worse than walking around with the feeling your relationship is in a crisis. Unless, of course, it has ended and all you can focus on is how to get your boyfriend back. This can become very difficult; work grows harder to show up on time for and even your personal hygiene has seen better days. What can you do to keep a healthy mind set at the end of a relationship? Or for those who are struggling to hold the threads together of a current relationship-what can you do to make it better?

Keep Busy No Matter What Kind Of Relationship Turmoil You’re Experiencing

People are animals at the heart of it all. When an animal is weak it isn’t nearly as active and often the rest of the herd or pack will leave it. We are instinctually drawn toward strength for survival and from a biological stand point. The more active you stay, the stronger you will appear and there’s an increased chance it can help to get your boyfriend back. During a break up is the opportune time to pick up an activity you have always wanted to try. Learn new skills or take a class.

On the other hand though, it doesn’t mean that if you’re undergoing a marriage crisis because your spouse needs you to spend more quality time with the family you should dive into work. It does, however, mean that you shouldn’t start skipping showers, avoiding laundry and leaving all the dishes in the sink just because you’ve experienced a break up and you can’t quit thinking , ‘I gotta get my ex back.’

Don’t Stop Talking but More Importantly-Don’t Stop Listening

It is not unusual when we believe we are having a marriage breakdown for us to withdraw, nursing our hurts. This can be the worst thing you can do to get through the problems. You need to communicate throughout all the ups and downs a marriage crisis can bring. When the two of you start talking about what needs to be done to solve the trouble remember to listen and implement as many of the changes or grievances your spouse brings up as possible. When it comes to working through a relationship problem each of you will have to give it more than your all.

When it’s Over- Take Your Dignity

This can be very difficult to do when all you can think about is how to get your boyfriend back. It’s a cheesy saying, but it is true that the tighter you hold onto something the more it wants to break free. It may be very difficult and you may need to phone a friend, but don’t make them tell you it’s over more than three times. It’s a simple baseball -three strikes your out- kind of rule.

After the third rejection it’s time for you to take stock of your life and start on a better track. Start going out, join a gym and see family you haven’t in a while instead of watching sappy movies and daydreaming about, ‘how to get my ex back.’
