Then, he or she must lift both heels and put the pressure on the toes, holding the position for five seconds on the first few tries and then up to 15 seconds on the next attempts at the exercise.
Another variation of this is done while one is sitting down. The same movements will be employed. This is not as stressful at the standing toe raise and is good for those who are just starting to exercise. There are other ways to jump higher and one just needs to look.
