On the other hand, do not over eat them as most fruits have high levels of sugar that may provide more calories than needed because if you eat more calories than what you use up, those calories will be stored as body fat.
The question you may want to ask is what is the relationship between free radicals and your cellulite? The short answer is that your lymphatic system is responsible for flushing out toxins from your body and the free radicals put a lot of pressure on this system preventing it from doing its job effectively.
When this happens, it creates fibers that bind to the walls of pockets of fats, making these pockets thicker and larger. This extra pressure on the system then pushes the fats upwards towards surface and thus become visible as cellulite.
Therefore if you want to prevent the free radicals from playing havoc to your cells, besides eating more veggies and fruits, you must avoid free radical causing agents like smoking, alcohol, stressful lifestyle, pollution, prolonged exposure to the sun and eating processed foods that are treated with preservatives and unhealthy chemicals.
The next step to combat cellulite is to adopt a good exercise regimen. When you exercise, you raise your heart rate and have better blood circulation to give you a healthier glowing skin. When your skin is healthier and stronger, it is more difficult for the fat clumps to be pushed to the surface to form visible cellulite.
On top of that, exercise do burn body fat and since your cellulite is part of your body fat, naturally you can burn away some cellulite away as well.
