Still one will still have to pay for other essential additional tests that the doctor or the hospital provides.

Another one change in Medicare 2012 includes protection form very high out-of-the-pockets costs. It is a good step for people which need very extensive and high-paying tests like chemotherapy, kidney dialysis and organ transplants.
