Most women will experience menopause between the age of 45 and 55. This is when the female body changes and no longer needs to support or maintain the reproductive system. Taking the time to put together a full plan for menopause can help you to get through this change without it taking over your life. It does not have to cause harm to your relationship if you and your partner are prepared for the changes you are about to go through.
