So what exercises are there for losing stomach fat? The answer is a full body workout. Not specific stomach crunches, sit ups and the like. Now let us discuss nutrition. If you are spending a lot of time exercising, you are going to have an increased appetite. It is important that you eat food that will provide you nutrition, but will not push your blood sugar into the highs where your metabolism stores fat.

One more thing which works is about eating small meals frequent. Eat 5-6 meals per day which will keep you body out of hunger such that you wont have time to overeat because you are very hungry. Eat in small portions, 2-3 hours interval. Form a habit to exercise regularly; at least 3 times a week with aerobic exercise and weight training at least one a week.
