if your chip order quantity is above fifty pcs, it is best to find agents or distributors and not go to the counters directly, most of goods on the counter(booth in the wholesale market) is basically a fake or second-hand goods, and they offer up to different buyers, if you are new for them, they will treat you as a fish. We should be more vigilant,make sure that the goods can be returned. If you have to buy these goods in one booth in a wholesale market, make sure to check more shops before you decide to purchase.

There are two method for old chips to be separated,

1, the hot air method, this method is the normal practice, more clean, neat , especially for more valuable board such as SMD board

2 , \” fried \” method , this is indeed true, use the high boiling point mineral oil to \” fry \” ,very old board or mess of garbage usually use this method .

We must clear that chip recycling process will cause environment pollution, it will be a high cost to solve the environment problems, so many international companies prefer to pay the freight to send these electronic waste to China or some other developing countries. The profit of recycle these waste can not compensate the loss of environment.

The official chip sales agent mainly work in office building, also there are some wholesaler work in mainly wholesale electronic market,mainly in small rooms, not booth only.

There are mainly 5 method to distinguish the real and retreating IC.

1. check whether the chip surface does have polished trace. the chip surface will have the lines if they were polished befoer. some chips have a think coating to covering the lines,they looked like a little shining, non-revertex sense of reality.

2. See print . Most chips now use laser marking or printing presses with special chips printing machine, they have clear writing.however the retreating IC the printing and writing is very fuzzy. In addition, the screen printing process are not be used in Chip manufacturers, but a lot of retreating chips because the cost of renovation is still used for screen printing process .

3. See pin . Where the light as \”new\” for the renovation of the goods must be tinned pin , the IC pins are the vast majority of goods should be so-called \” silver foot\” , but the fineness of uniform dark color , the surface should not have traces of oxidation or \” flux \”Another pin DIP and other plug-ins should not have scratch marks , even if there is ( once again will have a package ) scratches should be neat , in the same direction and at the smooth non-oxidized metal exposure .

4. check packaging factory production date label.
