Fiber is a good friend. Fiber is the body\’s natural broom. It sweeps the fats and other bad substances in the person\’s belly and intestines. They allow people to have a good bowel movement. With fiber, the stomach gets cleaned. Consequence is a healthy digestive system. And a healthy digestive system makes a person feel good because the bloated feeling and look in her belly part disappears.
Water gives a person the feeling that he is full. This is just one of the many benefits of water to someone who is under diet plans losing weight. Water is heavy in the stomach and as one drinks a lot, especially before eating, she will have the feeling that she is already full and consequently, will be able to eat less.
Water also rids the body of unwanted fats and other substances. With the right amount of water, toxins in one\’s body are washed away. When the body is healthy because it is free from toxins, it is also free to digest properly.
