What is a Broken Wrist?

Treatments may vary depending on the grade or degree of damage acquired. In most cases, rest would be the first best thing to keep in mind and to do as immobilizing your wrist will help a lot on the recovery process. Avoid using your hands during these situations as any action involving your wrist will aggravate the condition. Cold compress can be a great help in keeping the condition of the wrist at bay. It helps a lot in preventing swelling and inflammation.
