Else, can watch yoga programme and can do on own. 20 minutes yoga can give one with full energy with releasing of toxins.

Stay organized: Many times, stress is a result of procrastination. Staying organized is the key to avert stress at work. One can start by scheduling daily tasks and ensuring timely completion of the same.
