-Rest – take as much rest as possible to let your body recover from the traumatic experience. Most doctors and physicians would recommend a few months rest depending on the injuries you have acquired. Do not rush your recover and do not push your body to go back to its former state. Let it recover properly and in due time you can get back to your sport.
