Genetic Health – the Missing Piece You Need to Know About

Since its inception, medical science has been obsessed with blaming scapegoats for all of the diseases and ailments that afflict mankind, from cardiac disorders to diabetes, hypertension, arthritis and cancer. For years, the blame fell on bacteria and viruses, but now the medical community has found a new scapegoat: bad genes. But this new focus on genetic health ignores the true cause of the maladies we face.

The Bad Genes Myth

According to current medical science, a person’s genes are now the primary culprit for all sorts of different ailments, major or minor. Unfortunately, the role that bad genes play in influencing the development these ailments is greatly exaggerated. The truth is that while bad genes may indeed increase the risk of any individual contracting or developing a particular disease or illness, they do not actually trigger them. In fact, the maladies only manifest themselves after exposure to certain external factors.

The True Culprit

When it comes to the development of diseases and ailments, the true culprit isn’t our genetic health but rather external factors like your diet, how many toxins and containments you are exposed to in your everyday lives and whether or not you exercise regularly. Maladies can even be triggered by negative perceptions, beliefs and thoughts. Essentially, your gene’s behavior is entirely dependent on the type of environment you create for yourself and how you live your life, both consciously and subconsciously. This means that you can control your health by simply controlling your environment.

The Solution

Even if your family or race has a history of a particular disease due to certain genes, you don’t have to worry about contracting it. You are in complete control. All you have to do is make a few simple lifestyle changes. For starters, you want to make sure that you stick to a well balanced and natural diet and that you drink plenty of clean, nutritious, living water. You also need to minimize exposure to toxins and contaminants in your environment as much as possible. Finally, you need to make a conscious effort to change the way you view and react to the world, and cultivate a positive, happy outlook on life.

Everyone has their share of good and bad genes, and even though we can’t change them, we don’t have to be held hostage to them either. By taking all of the steps above, you can easily overcome any predisposition to certain diseases and medical conditions, as well as prevent any others from developing in the future. Essentially you will be manipulating your environment to stimulate your good genes while hindering the bad ones. And all it takes is a few simple changes to live a longer, fuller and healthier life, free of sickness.

Remember, you are in control of your health, not your genes. Will you let your environment dictate your health and wellbeing or will you seize control for yourself?

To learn more about the genetic health myth, you should check out renowned health expert Dr. Bruce Lipton’s book entitled The Biology of Belief, which will show you how your environment affects your genes and unleash the power of consciousness, matter and miracles.
