The spacious living room is well furnished in a modern style. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and central heating, making it ideal for year round breaks. The separate kitchen/dining room is modern and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. One air conditioned bedroom with twin beds is on the ground floor which has use of the separate shower room, also on the ground floor.

From the lounge, patio doors lead to the terrace and planted garden. The terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. There is a private pool – ideal for cooling off, and the property is 1st line to the golf course.
