Low Cholesterol Levels – the Deadly Pitfall You Must Know About

It doesn\’t take a lot of effort to find a “health expert” or physician who is up in arms to tell you about the extreme dangers of high cholesterol. It seems that some health professionals can\’t get enough of telling us just how bad cholesterol is. You\’d think that this was some kind of deadly, man-made poison from the way the health industry attacks it, when it is actually a rather important nutrient.

So important, in fact, that 87% of the cells in your body, these are living, thriving, healthy cells are made up of cholesterol.

Now, if the experts are correct, how come we are not keeling over dead, as we are made up of this supposedly deadly nutrient. It seems there is something they are not telling us about low cholesterol levels.

Arbitrary, Meaningless Numbers

Health officials play numbers games just like any other business. They can easily take an arbitrary number, spin it and scare people away from doing, or eating almost anything. Years ago, doctors found out that the average cholesterol levels for Westerners were 250. Instead of digging deeper for the truth about optimal levels of cholesterol for good health, they drew a line in the sand around this number. They declared anything higher than 250 to be unhealthy. Do you see how they have twisted statistics to make something appear to be the truth?

Healing, Restorative Powers

Cholesterol, instead of being eschewed needs to be embraced. The pharmaceutical industry, with the help of the physician community, has millions of people on drugs to reduce cholesterol, and it\’s all based on bad science and profit margins. The truth is that people do have lots of cholesterol build up in their veins and arteries, but that is simply because cholesterol is doing its job of sealing up arteries and veins that have been damaged by excessive salt intake and other toxins.

Many people don\’t know this, but table salt is a combination of sand, glass particles and sodium. This combination gets into your blood stream and causes internal bleeding. Cholesterol rushes to the rescue, patching up the holes in arteries and then gets the blame for being unhealthy. If it wasn\’t for cholesterol doing its job in the circulatory system, people would simply die of internal bleeding brought on by sodium consumption. Having low cholesterol levels ends up killing people instead of keeping them healthy.

The Deadly Game of Lowering Healthy Cholesterol

Consider the fact of those millions of people who are put on cholesterol lowering drugs. They end up damaging their livers, they lower essential, healthy levels of cholesterol, and never get any healthier. Who is profiting from this? Certainly not the people who have to shell out money to have their health stolen from them. It\’s the pharmaceutical companies and the doctors. They put you on one drug to stop something, which, in turn, causes side effects that require another drug. It\’s a massive, multi-billion dollar merry-go-round, and we all need to do our parts and get off this ride as soon as possible.

The best way for millions of people to exit this deadly ride for good is to stop taking steps to lower cholesterol levels. Your body and cells are made up of this nutrient, and you are robbing your body of natural, cellular restoration by limiting your intake of it. Look instead to lower your sodium intake. And by all means, avoid the urge to take a pill to achieve low cholesterol levels. Once they have you on the ride, it\’s hard to get off of it with your health intact.
