There is a variety of ways we can exercise in our daily life. Many people limit the idea of exercise to hard core weight lifting routine or believe you have to run yourself dead at the gym; this is untrue.
To be healthy one does not need to live at the gym or take supplemental enhancements as a side dish to their breakfast, lunch, and dinner schedules. What is needed is regular and consistent physical activity.

Snow skiing is a great activity and is relatively hard to do in terms of skill level, but is quite a workout as you use a full range of muscles to perform the task. It is nice to be out in nature and spend time in the beautiful country mountains.
Biking is fun and enjoyable, but also provides a great workout as you can spend time looking at the country. Weather mountain or road biking, the result is the same, great but hard exercise.
Playing a pick-up game of football with some friends on a Saturday morning is always a good activity to burn off those love handles you have had since your high school days.
