Effectiveness – Since weight loss programs at a health spa will have limited time to achieve the goal, its success and efficiency is not assured. You can aim for a maximum of 8 pounds of weight loss in a week long stay at the spa. You will need to follow the same exercise routine and diet plan even after your return from the spa, to keep the weight loss process ongoing. Since the services of a dietician and personal trainer are limited and conditional to your stay at the spa, you will have to work out without supervision. In a boot camp, your personal trainer will supervise your work out every single day. Your exercise routines will change every day, which makes it more interesting and fun. Your trainer will have a record of your weight loss progress and will customize your routines accordingly, to make it most effective for weight loss.
A fitness boot camp has numerous advantages over a health spa and is verified and most successful option for healthy weight loss. Inexpensive, effective, healthy and assured, it is the easiest and closest path to weight loss.
