While Sydney has for many years had a very impressive and comprehensive transport network there is no doubt that the 2000 Olympics gave the perfect excuse for further investment into the transport network which has paid benefits in the longer-term. Many believe that the 2000 Olympics indeed gave Australia as a whole a massive pick me up and led to the Australian economy becoming one of the strongest in the developed world at the moment.

Sydney is renowned by many as the cultural capital of Australia taking in all kinds of tourist attractions, cultures, art and any style of entertainment you care to think of. It is also the diversified population which adds to the attractions of Sydney and indeed is one of the main reasons why the city continues to grow in size and economic strength.
