Coupons Printed Online: Safeway allows coupons printed online to be used in their store. Their policy says that a printed coupon cannot deduct more than fifty-percent of the products value. Safeway Coupons Doubled: Most Safeway stores allow consumers to double coupons, although, this policy is only enforced in some stores and not all.
