How to Find the Best Inflatable Balloon Company Part 4

Assuming you have already read “How to Find the Best Inflatable Balloon Company” parts 1, 2 and 3, there are just a few questions left to determine the quality of the inflatable rental balloon company you are considering. Some of these questions are similar to other ones you should have already asked of your inflatable ad company, but these dig a little deeper and expose a bit more of their true colors. These are the questions that really count in the end. These are the questions, that if answered incorrectly, almost guarantee a bad experience and a company that is not superior and that will not be able to deliver a excellent inflatable advertising balloon or pleasant experience designing a custom inflatable.

1. Does this potential balloon company provide referrals? As mentioned in other articles, you should have already done your homework into this giant inflatable balloon company’s current clients and hopefully spoken with a few. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ask for referrals anyway. Companies ask clients that are happy with their product and services if they are willing to act as their referrals. In other words, they ask clients who they consider to have a great working relationship with and clients who’s projects have and are going well. If, however, you talk with the previous and current clients the balloon company refers you to and their story does not match up with the inflatable advertising company’s story then “something is rotten in the state of Denmark”. Keep looking for a custom giant inflatable balloon provider.

2. Ask this potential outdoor inflatable balloon company if the images on their website are theirs. And be sure to ask someone who would definitely know. The receptionist may not know, but your contact point in the company should, and if they don’t they absolutely should know who would know for sure. Its unfortunate that you even have to ask things like this, but the risk isn’t worth not asking. Just because they say they have the means to create custom outdoor inflatable balloons, doesn’t mean they have the right to display pictures and products that are not their own. A quality company will probably not have a picture of the type of custom inflatable outdoor ad that you are looking for, but they will have examples of similar things, previous quality work, and enjoy the challenge of making something new.

3. Do the claims and numbers from the potential inflatable rental balloon company seem realistic? Compared to other estimates and claims you are receiving from other potential inflatable ad companies, is this company claiming what others in the industry say is impossible? Or are they saying they can do it at a price that seems far too low? No one wants to pay more than they have to for a custom or rental inflatable outdoor balloon or get ripped-off. But, on the other hand, prices that are extremely low compared to others and timelines that seem much too quick for a creative process should not smell quite right. Keep looking.
