Turn Your Coffee and Cookies Into a Helthy Snack

Your magic wand for this task is a few vitamins. That pastry or cookie snack, if unfortified, and consumed in excess on a daily basis will shorten your life by years rather than months owing to the compilation of trans-fats and glycemic-index boosters. His liver, of course, is another story, but the rest of his organs will be grateful.
