As of 2010 the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metropolitan area had a population of roughly 6.5 million making it the largest metropolitan area in the South and the fourth largest in the US.

The housing market in Dallas is also one of the strongest housing markets in the nation with investments with high return. Because of the Dallas communities and the population of the city, commercial real estate tends to be in higher demand over other states within the United States.
Good Economy: Of the states in the United States, Texas’ economy is remarkable. Being an exceptional income location is another reason for Dallas commercial real estate to be higher in demand than other areas in the United States. Dallas is a wonderful mix of arts, cuisine, entertainment and business and holds the winning title for the most shopping centers per capita and the city with the most restaurants per capita in the United States.
Tourism: Dallas, Texas is a wonderful tourist attraction. Annually millions visit the city which houses luxurious resorts, lodges and cabins, amusements parks, lakes, skiing, wonderful cuisine, museums and many special events. Being a billion dollar industry, Dallas is prime commercial real estate.
Dallas is truly remarkable. It has and has always had one of the strongest economies in the United States. During the recession Dallas held strong. With the current down slide in the housing market, Dallas did not fall as where some States in the US such as Nevada were hard hit with many neighborhoods actually becoming ghost towns. For the business, Dallas is hot with a large population, high incomes and a strong economy.
