Caffeine is a stimulant, and it can mess with your body
It seems that one of the contributing factors in anxiety can be the consumption of caffeine. If there is a possibility of a link between caffeine and panic attacks, then it makes sense that it would be wise for those who suffer from them to avoid caffeine. Since everyone\’s body is made up differently, caffeine avoidance may not help in your case, but it has helped others and it is certainly worth a try. Limiting or avoiding caffeine in your diet is a small price to pay to have a calmer life without panic attacks.
